Room Categories and Descriptions - Lakeland Village Beach & Mountain Resort Room amenities include fireplace, alarm clock, coffee/tea maker, telephones, tub, shower, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, satellite TV, VCR, full kitchen, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Cribs are available on request for free. Roll-aways are available on request for an additional fee. Children Policy: Children up to age 18 can stay free using existing bedding with at least 1 adult. Lodge One Bedroom Suite with Loft - Two level suite. First level has a separate bedroom with queen or king bed, and one full bath. Also, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room with gas burning fireplace, and balcony off of the living room and bedroom. Second level is a ½ wall-sleeping loft located above the kitchen and overlooking the living room. It has another queen or king sized bed and ½ bath. Suites with loft are located on the third floor of the Lodge. No lake views are offered in this room type, however it is just a short walk to our private sandy beach. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Two Bedroom, One and One Half Bath with Loft - Typically one King or Queen bed in one bedroom, and 2 beds (Queens or Fulls) in the other. Typically Bunk beds or twins in the 1/2 wall-sleeping loft. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Two Bedroom, Two Bath Pinegrove Townhome with Loft - Three level townhouse. The first level has two bedrooms, usually queens, kings or doubles and a full bath. The second level has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, balcony and a second full bath. The third level is a ½ wall-sleeping loft located above the kitchen and overlooking the living room. There are sleeping accommodations for 2 people, usually twins or bunk beds. These units are located in the Pinegrove area. No lake views are offered in this townhome type, however it is only a short walk to our private sandy beach. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Lodge Studio with Loft - Two-level room. First level has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with Queen pull-out sleeper sofa, gas burning fireplace and balcony. Full bath on the first level. Second level is the ½ wall loft sleeping area with a king or queen sized bed and a bath (vanity/basin). All Studios are located on the 3rd floor of the Lodge. No lake views are offered in this room type, however it is just a short walk to our private sandy beach. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
