Dining - Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza offers the following restaurants: Pinon Grill Breakfast - Start your morning off the right way with the new Hilton Breakfast buffet designed to offer healthy choices that fit your life style. A simple to follow color chart guides you to the appropriate foods to select from if you are conscience of low calories, high fiber, low cholesterol or need that high energy breakfast. The Pinon Grill also offers an array of choices on our breakfast menu as well; including our famous pastries baked daily by our own Pastry Chef. Open Monday-Friday from 6:30-11am; and Saturday-Sunday from 6:30am to noon. Pinon Grill Evening Dining - Billed as contemporary American with a Southwest influence you will experience the finest of western beef, prime rib, free range poultry and fresh seafood, masterfully grilled over seasoned hardwoods. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a touch of romantic with our kiva fireplace and candle lit tabletops. Reservations not needed however recommended. Open daily from 5-10pm. El Canon - El Canon is a favorite gathering place through out the day and into the evening. Start the day off with Starbucks coffee and a pastry baked in-house daily by our own Pastry Chef. Lunch offers hand carved sandwiches, soups such as Green Chile Corn Chowder and Salads. In the evening relax by our kiva fireplace and enjoy a selection from our extensive wine and a light dinner fare. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:30am to 10:30pm; Saturday-Sunday opens at 11am. Room service is available from 6:30am to 10:30pm
