Fraser Crossing and Founder's Pointe, located in the new pedestrian village at Winter Park Resort, both offer classic mountain architecture balanced with modern amenities and shops. Just steps away are access to an outdoor spa and fireplace, and of course, it's just a short walk to the village and lifts. The buildings also provide heated, controlled-access underground parking for both owners and their vacationing guests.
Located approximately 100 yards to the base area lifts at Winter Park Resort, Fraser Crossing and Founder's Pointe both provide easy access to the slopes, with great convenience to the new village shops, restaurants, and base activities.
Please note: Guests will check-in at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge front desk, directly across Winter Park Drive from the front entrance of Fraser Crossing.

2 Bedroom Premium View - One king in the master bedroom and one queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 sofa sleeper, kitchenette, 2 full baths, and private deck. Furnished and appointed modern-rustic home features amenities such as a flat screen television, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances, upgraded linens and accessories, plus a gas fireplace with wood mantel and trim.
