Dining - Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center The Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center offers the following restaurant: Spencer's Restaurant - Conveniently located at the base of Peak 9, Spencer's Restaurant features upscale dining in a casual atmosphere. In addition to offering full breakfast and lunch buffets, the restaurant offers items to satisfy all palates on its breakfast and lunch menus. After the sun sets, Spencer's is best known for the "All-You-Can-Eat Prime Rib," which is available nightly. The dinner menu includes a variety of appetizers, tender grilled steaks, several fresh seafood choices, and two unique entrées that are specially designed by our chef each night.

Children's Programs - Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center Kids rejoice with the variety of fun activities and amenities at Beaver Run Resort: Kids' Day Off! - Packed with activities from 9am - 5pm, kids ages 5-12 will enjoy the Alpine Super Slide, Museum Visits, Swimming, Chair Lift Rides, Gold Panning, Arts and Crafts, Ice Skating and more. Lunch and snacks are provided. Kids Night Out! - Treasure Hunts, Indoor Ski Races, Mini Golf, Sledding, etc. for kids ages 5-12, from 6pm- 9pm with dinner provided. Kinderhut Children's Ski School and Infant/Toddler Nursery is a state licensed facility with childcare for children 6 weeks - 2.5 years and ski instruction for children 2.5 - 6 years old. Conveniently located on site at the Beaver Run Resort at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge. There are full and 1/2 day programs available. All prices include lunch, ski equipment and a pager for the parents. Space is limited and reservations are required.
