Room Categories and Descriptions - Avon Condominiums
Room amenities include alarm clock, coffee/tea maker, telephones, tub, shower, iron/ironing board, satellite TV, VCR, fireplace, balcony/patio, kitchen, cookware, dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. Cribs and roll-aways are available on request for an additional fee.
One Bedroom/One Bath - Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Children Policy: A maximum of 3 children up to age 12 can stay free using existing bedding with at least 1 adult.
Two Bedroom/Two Bath - Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Children Policy: A maximum of 5 children up to age 12 can stay free using existing bedding with at least 1 adult.
Three Bedroom Condo - Features three bedrooms, and two baths. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Children Policy: A maximum of 7 children up to age 12 can stay free using existing bedding with at least 1 adult.
